Pak Arsjad is one of Indonesia's foremost business people. In addition to his important roles with KADIN and ASEAN BAC, Pak Arsjad is President Director of Indika Energy, Indonesia's leading integrated energy company; and Chairman of Indika Foundation, which is committed to nurturing the spirit of tolerance in Indonesia, building national character and spreading peace education.

He was Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum (2011) and named Best Executive in Indonesia, Asiamoney (2010). He has degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California; and Business Administration from Pepperdine University, California.
