UK-ASEAN Business Council cordially invites you to a Virtual Roundtable Discussion on the ASEAN Indo Pacific Forum. The Roundtable is being held on Thursday 13th July, from 9.00am to 10.00am (BST).

Indonesia, the Chair of ASEAN, will host the inaugural ASEAN Indo Pacific Forum from 5th-7th September in Jakarta. The Forum aims to highlight ASEAN centrality and the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo Pacific and will be held alongside the ASEAN Summit and the East Asia Summit. ASEAN Leaders, Dialogue Partner Leaders as well as senior business figures are expected to take part in the Forum.

This is a Virtual Roundtable hosted by UKABC in collaboration with the Indonesian Embassy in London for UKABC partners and guests.

Areas of discussion will include:

• What is the ASEAN Indo Pacific Forum? What does the Forum aim to achieve?
• The themes of the Forum are Green Infrastructure and Resilient Supply Chain, Inclusive Digital Transformation and Creative Economy and Sustainable and Innovative Financing. How do these themes support ASEAN's efforts to be the centre of growth for the region?
• Infrastructure projects in ASEAN are being highlighted at the Forum. How does this support the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity 2025?
• How can UK businesses register to take part in the Forum?
